And then I think talking about changing medications would be kind of, um, you know, maybe, maybe not the first choice, if you can avoid it, especially if it was working for you before.
So, yeah, it’s hard when your doctor tells you about a medication, tells you about a treatment plan that could, you know, really help you and you kind of get excited and then you start that process. And yeah, sometimes it takes a week. Sometimes it takes four, six weeks, three months and it just doesn’t work. And there is a little bit of fatigue and difficulty when you had such high hopes for something hopefully changing at that point. Especially these days, you know, there are more and more options. So when, when you find an option that at least can keep you under check, you know, I, I like to think about it, you know, there are more bullets in the barrel basically. You know, I, I still have options that I can go through to, you know, keep in my, you know, backstory basically, and just, you know, I, I have options that I can lean back on. So I try to lean on that a little bit, knowing that if something does change and if my current medication were to ever slowly stop working, that I have other options behind me that I’m not, I haven’t exhausted all my resources yet. And I think that’s always good to realize that we’re living in an age where there are so many resources, so many treatment options out now, and there’s so many treatment options that are coming out later on too, in the next two, three, five years that things are headed in a direction where we should, like Marquis said, we’re all gonna find our treatment plan. It’s not science. It’s not, let’s go to option number one and be done. It’s kind of figuring out that option or combination of options that will work with your body and take you to the next step
